Spring Soccer 2017

Winter Conditioning Schedule:

Wednesday, February 8th- Lifting after school.

Friday, February 10th (3:45 pm – 4:45 pm): Meet outside on the track. Bring soccer shoes if you want to kick a soccer ball around after conditioning.

Tuesday, February 14th (3:45 pm – 4:45 pm):  Meet outside on the track. Bring soccer shoes if you want to kick a soccer ball around after conditioning.

Wednesday, February 15th (12:15 pm – 1:15 pm): (Early Dismissal) Meet outside on the track. Bring soccer shoes if you want to kick a soccer ball around after conditioning.

Thursday, February 16th (12:15 pm – 1:15 pm): (Early Dismissal) Meet outside on the track. Bring soccer shoes if you want to kick a soccer ball around after conditioning.

Tuesday, February 21st (3:45 pm – 4:45 pm):  Meet outside on the track. Bring soccer shoes if you want to kick a soccer ball around after conditioning.

Wednesday, February 22nd (3:45 pm – 4:45 pm):  Meet outside on the track. Bring soccer shoes if you want to kick a soccer ball around after conditioning.

Thursday, February 23rd (3:45 pm – 4:45 pm):  Meet outside on the track. Bring soccer shoes if you want to kick a soccer ball around after conditioning.

Monday February 27th – Friday March 3rd : First week of spring practices. More information coming soon.

Physical and IMPACT Test:

All athletes going out for any sport during the 2016-17 school year must have a physical form, dated after May 1, 2016, and an NSAA parent permission form on file at school before they are allowed to practice.

Freshmen and junior atheltes going out for football, volleyball, softball, wrestling, soccer, and baseball will also need to complete an IMPACT test (computer pre-concussion baseline measurement) before they start practice.  Please contact Drew Erks, the trainer, about gettting the IMPACT test.
